Hi,

Arm pain near to your body going to your little & ring finger suggests a nerve pain of ulnar nerve compression. This could be at cervical spine, neck region or at notxh of elbow joint. Site to be decided by physical examination & x ray or MRI as per need. Consult an orthopedic surgeon.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale,
